Design Finalisation
Every home begins with your vision. Our design team works closely with you to finalise the layout, elevations, and finishes. Once approved, we prepare detailed production drawings that guide the entire manufacturing and installation process with millimetre-level accuracy.
Sustainably Sourced Structural Wood
We use premium-grade structural wood sourced from certified forests in Europe and Canada. These forests follow strict sustainability practices, ensuring the material is environmentally responsible, durable, and engineered for long-term performance.
Precision Machining
The raw material arrives at our facility where it undergoes thorough quality checks. Using advanced European machinery, each component is precisely machined according to the production drawings. Soft installations and pre-assembly processes are carried out to ensure accuracy and smooth on-site execution.
Finished Components To Site
Once manufacturing is complete, the finished structural components are carefully packed and transported to the project site. Every element is labelled and organised for efficient assembly.
On-Site Installation
Our trained installation team assembles the structure on site with speed and precision. Since most components are pre-engineered, installation is clean, efficient, and significantly faster than conventional construction.
Completion & Handover
After final checks and finishing touches, the home is ready. We conduct a detailed inspection before handing over the completed structure - fully built, refined, and ready to be lived in.
